Refund policy

Please note the following:

• For EU customers there is an included pre-printed return label in the box. If you are returning from the US, UK, or Norway, please contact our customer support to get a return label. 
• We do not stand for the return shipping cost and it will be deducted from your refund. 
• You can return any item(s) purchased on Rodebjer.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Anything sent to us after that may be rejected and returned to you.
• When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

When shopping online, please be conscious of your consumption. Processing returns has an environmental impact and Rodebjer consider free returns to be an unsustainable cost. Hence a fee, when returning pieces bought on rodebjer.com, will be added. This added fee is a small step for Rodebjer to limit direct climate effect.
